A calm hand with the logistics, so the love gets more room

Whether it's an aging parent, a sibling with a chronic condition, or a child with appointments stacked across three practices, caregiving is held together by logistics — dates, meds, paperwork, texts to a sibling at 11pm. Aiffinity takes the logistics quietly, so the parts that only you can do get more of you.

Not a medical device. Aiffinity is not a clinician, not a diagnostic tool, not a replacement for your care team. It helps you manage the schedule and paperwork around care. Always call your doctor, hospital, or an emergency number for medical concerns.

What changes on day one

Appointments

Connect your calendar. Aiven tracks the specialist rotation, confirms and reschedules, and pings you the day before with "ask the neurologist about sleep patterns."

Medications & refills

Aiven keeps a private med list, reminds you 48h before a refill is due, and drafts the pharmacy email in your voice.

Shared sibling Space

Open a private Space for your family. Everyone sees the same calendar, notes, and "who's on" this week. Nothing leaks beyond the Space.

Insurance & paperwork

Forward the insurance email. Aiven drafts the reply, flags missing documents, and files a copy in your shared drive.

A typical week

  1. Monday. Aiven's morning brief: "Mum's cardiologist is Wednesday 10:30 — confirmed. Physio needs a referral; I've drafted an email to Dr. Keller for you to send."
  2. Tuesday. Your brother asks in the family chat: "when is the hearing test?" Aiven suggests a reply with the date and the parking info. You send it.
  3. Wednesday. At the appointment you take notes on your phone. Aiven tidies them into a shared Space for your siblings.
  4. Thursday. An insurance form arrives. Aiven fills in what it knows, asks you about the 3 fields it can't, and produces a PDF ready to sign.
  5. Sunday night. Instead of planning next week in your head at 11pm, you open Aiven: "Give me the week ahead." Five minutes of review instead of an hour of anxiety.

FAQ

Is Aiven giving medical advice?

No. Aiffinity is not a clinician and not a medical device. Aiven helps with logistics — appointment timing, medication reminders, paperwork drafting — and surfaces information from sources you've connected. Clinical decisions stay with your care team.

Can I share an Aiven with a sibling or partner?

Each person has their own Aiven tied to their Individual Print. For shared care, you can open a Space — a private, scoped surface where multiple people can see the same calendar, task list, and notes. Nothing is shared by default.

What happens to medical information I paste in?

It stays in your Individual Print, encrypted at rest. Aiffinity does not train on your content. You can delete any memory or export everything at any time from settings. See our Privacy Policy and Security doc.
