An Aiven that runs the boring half of your company

Every founder we've met describes the same 2 hours a day: inbox, calendar, recruiter pings, investor check-ins, the Slack backlog, the "quick question" from a teammate at 9pm. Aiven learns how you handle all of it — your tone, your decisions, your no-lists — and holds the line while you actually build.

What Aiven handles

Inbox that learns

Aiven triages Gmail / Outlook by your actual behaviour: who gets replied to, who gets archived, who gets a 2-line holding message. You approve, it learns.

Investor updates

One command: "Draft the April update." Aiven pulls MRR from Stripe, hiring from Notion/Linear, top wins from Slack highlights. You edit. You send. Quarterly update, 9 minutes instead of 90.

Recruiter & BD

Hot Replies in LinkedIn & Gmail. Short, in your voice, with the right polite redirects ("not hiring SDRs this quarter, reopening in Q3").

Calendar sanity

Aiven defends your deep-work blocks, auto-suggests async replies for meetings that could have been a Loom, and keeps travel holds clean.

A typical week

  1. Monday 8:30. Aiven's Monday brief: "3 intros expecting a reply, 1 investor asking for metrics, 2 candidates at final stage, your board update is due Friday." One tap to delegate each to a draft.
  2. Tuesday. You spend 3 hours in deep work. Aiven holds the inbox, sends 2-line "I'll reply tomorrow morning" to anything that isn't P0, and files the rest.
  3. Wednesday. Investor update draft pings you Wednesday night with numbers pulled from Stripe and hiring stats from your ATS. 15 min of edits, sent Thursday morning.
  4. Friday. You ask Aiven: "Summarise this week's customer calls — what's the one theme?" It does. You add that to your pitch deck.

Why not ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a blank page. Brilliant for one-off drafting, but every session starts from zero — it doesn't know that your co-founder hates em-dashes, that this investor prefers bullets, that you never send emails on Sunday evenings. Aiffinity builds that context once, in your Individual Print, and applies it everywhere: Gmail, Slack, LinkedIn, your calendar.

FAQ

Will Aiven auto-send emails without me seeing them?

No. Every outbound action is gated — you approve the reply, the send, the calendar hold. You can set rules for lower-stakes actions (e.g. "archive newsletters", "accept same-team syncs"), but founder-facing replies always stop for review.

Is my investor update data used to train your models?

No. Aiffinity does not train on your content. Your Individual Print and connected data live in your account and are encrypted at rest — see our Privacy Policy and Security doc for specifics.

Can my co-founder and I share context?

Today, each user has their own Aiven tied to their Individual Print. Cross-teammate context lives in shared Spaces and Aiffinities — explicit, revocable, and audited. Full team workspaces with org-level policies are on the roadmap.
